All these tracks are great but for some reason my favorite track on this album was "A Quitarse", with Tito Allen on vocals. Papo Pepin demonstrated that even though there are many monsters out there on the Tumbadoras, he is untouchable. I wish it was part of these uploads... Thanks!
@paposwing67 He's an outstanding Bassist and so underrated. He's also on an Eddie Palmieri recording call Cobarde where he does a short but intense solo.
Killer track by Maestro Jorge Millet. I believe he is also playing piano on this song even though Mario Roman is noted as the piano player on the lp. Collectors note: The CD version of this song is extended by 52 seconds starting at 3:56 and ending at 4:45. Notice that Juancito Torres has a short trumpet solo, Lalo's vocals are extended and the moña is repeated twice by the brass section. Compare this CD version to the lp version and you will hear what I'm talking about.

I was blown away when I bought the CD and heard the extended version. In my opinion this makes the CD a collectors item.

This was Real Salsa. This should be played on the radio stations instead of the commercial garbage that's played now.
