they think you have your brights on, just cause you sit higher up than most vehicles, just pay them no mind, they do it to me all the time, I have this jeep in back with a 2.5" skyjacker lift and 34" nitto's

if they double flash them then they are asking to race, put your hazards on to accept. If they just flash em once at you they probably think your brights are on, just flash back once to show they are not on.
