  • I've had two complaints against my employers for three years. The investigator claims she's sent me packets I've never received, emails I've never received. She rarely contacts me but when she does, takes two months to respond to her own communication with me. She may contact me right before she goes on vacation. Then tells me she'll contact me and a month later, after I've complained to her supervisor, I may hear something. When she does call, it's last minute the day before Thanksgiving.

  • Corruption is the only practice the EEOC does well. They intentionally, willingly and knowingly ignore crucial evidence supporting discrimination. EEOC needs to be investigated by Congress for Corruption, Neglect and crimes of Conspiracy, Perjury and Fraud. The EEOC Denys victims of discrimination their right to fairness and justice.

    Congress please STOP supporting Corruption and violation of victims rights by the EEOC by over hauling the EEOC.

    Stop your silent support of discrimination.

  • If you can afford to hire a lawyer, bring the EEO case before a real federal judge, not the EEOC administrative judge.

  • The administrative judges do not follow the EEO laws. Many discrimination cases were dismissed by errors. The Chair and the congress should investigate the EEOC practices.

  • Each administration sets the town of the EEO laws. Without being to political--I think the organization will go into a new direction. It may take time.

  • eeoc is a biggest scam in america. i have filed 4 eeoc complains since 2004.. 2 of them with same company which got me terminated...beware...of houston,texas eeoc...ther are fake and lies...feel free to contact me on do's and nots..im still out of work and eeoc wants me to do the investigation instead of them..

  • If EEOC enforce MD 110 and Title 7, it will cut down EEO discrimination. Please be fair EEOC.

  • Is it real for minorities? Is EEOC pro-government? D.C. office holds different standard than the field offices. Most individual complainants lost their cases. Make sure you hire a good lawyer to represent you. I mean a good lawyer.
