Hi guys. I actually felt this movie was pretty well made by Shaad Ali..However it never quite manages to captivate you entirely...The romance between its lead characters may sound cliched but because of the direction it does manage to make you believe that it can really happen...havent seen the original. Tho it isnt perfect, its a decent romantic drama..and yes Rahman's music is excellent as always.

I find that this hindi version spoils the spirit of the original movie (realised by Mani Ratnam). This scene for example does not seem realistic at all ! Please watch the original song and you will see that sometimes simplicity makes all the difference between a nice realistic movie and a overrated remake.
