Hey...I love my crazy Winnipeg friends! In this kind of technique I find the results are the most dramatic with Neenah Solar White Card Stock. Try not to overly saturate your paper when you color it so that it won't feather out past the lines when you stamp with blender solution....happy stamping!
so basically you don't even draw the picture... is it advanced coloring? anyway that's for the help with the blending.
