well they make weird cartoons because they are weird....not only the weird cartoons they make they make several tv shows and many other weird consumer items...they have really weird traditions and festivals too...one example was there is a tradition which is like all naked man jumps into the hot spring and chill together? wtf right? and there is also a festival where a bunch of men with thongs gather up at the shrine? (why thongs and why shrine? wtf) also japs created kamekaze shit.
