All it takes is one simple trick to get you started. Having a trampoline in your backyard or a beam in your house can really help alot! I go outside several times a day on my trampoline and do all sorts of flips, training to be a great gymnastics athlete, not saying I'm going to be the best but anythings possible, and your really good already!
