These graphics were the best in the past. The game is still fun in these days. I use from the first FS by subLOGIC to FS2000. FSX is slow. FS2004 is the same and faster.

Still have fs95? Here's a tip for you:

1. Go to the WORLD menu

2. Choose SCENERY COMPLEXITY

3. There you go to the image complexity menu and choose very dense.

4. Be surprised to see a bunch of more buildings!

I learned to fly in High School. The main reason it didn't fly is because the wing flaps are fully extended. The flaps for a normal takeoff should be 10 degrees. There are instances where no flaps are better, but under normal flight conditions 10 degrees is the norm. Full flaps induce maximum drag canceling lift. Flaps have two functions. #1.Provide additional lift by increasing the wing area on takeoff. #2.Slow the aircraft down and allow it to fly a steeper approach during landing.

And you are wrong, not of the flaps part, did you see the engine switches at left part of the flaps, the black thing is the throttle, you see that it is at 1/3 of the way up.

flaps have their limited speed for using and airbrakes or speedbrakes are used on any speed. flaps are mostly used for taking off and landing so you are right. but in limitation you can use flaps to slow down.

Oh, i just thought of something, you know on your flight simulator x video, you used a camera to record, if you search on google for 'Hypercam 2', it is a program that lets you record your screen. It could be quite useful. FSX looks like real life!
