  • Those stilts are pretty cool. Did you make those yourself?

  • 6 people cant walk in stilts

  • absolutely stunning

  • Is it hard to walk in stilts?

  • @XxNightLeafxX It can be if you don't walk in them properly

  • 5 people got trampled to death

  • ingenious. :O

  • really awesome work!

  • I would seriously have a blast living next door to you. LOL I can see it now. I look out my window every now and again and see you on your porch walking around in this. HAHA... Must be so funny. I love your skills. Keep on going. This is great!!

  • what do you think looks better? Digigrade stilts or the (i don't know what to call it,) or the fawn leg style. I love you fursuits, but alas, i am poor.

  • Do you have a video on how to add foam muscles to a costume? I really enjoy your work a lot. Thank you for sharing it.

  • I'm curious, the digitigrade legs you made, and and are wearing in this video, how much movement can you get in the ankle joint? Every tutorial for a set of legs like this I've found are very nearly rigid, and I'm looking to make a very slim-looking pair, that are very responsive in the ankle area, for a more natural look. Do you have any tips you could share with me on this matter? :P

  • Looks awesome! But looks hard to walk doesnt it?!

  • I am currently in the process of making a werewolf suit of my own (stilts included) and I've been wondering because I can't tell, Are the top and bottom of the costume connected? If so, how is it done?

  • no offence to beastcub! i think you do a better job for handpaws, eyes, and legs. X3

  • I was cracking up through the whole thing

Cause I would see a huge wolf body then a small human head at the top!!!! But other then that it is WOW

  • WOW AWESOME!

  • Ok gotta say... this looks really cool!!

  • Woa soo cool! =D really nice construction too! and they are quiet, and look good =D wow!

  • you have to show us the sewing pattern for your fursuit.

I really want to do a werewolf costume too, and I would really appreciate the help in making my own!

    BTW, you're like, my idol.

  • where do you get all the fur?

  • Wow, these are NICE and so quiet! The only thing I'd improve upon is making the toes less ridged but then, they might be unstable so *shrug* still FANTASTIC work!

  • thank you! yes they are my first completed set so there are somethings i would like to change in the next model and the toes is one of them. it be neat to have a moving foot but as u noted the stability is lost

  • THATS KICKASS!

  • great job! how did you get the fur onn the stilts tho? i mad the stilts just like those (exept i made them as hooves) but when it came time to put the fur on i had trouble...i ended up just using spray adhesive to the hooves and safety pinning the back ^^;

  • cling wrap and Duct tape are your friends. For all my masks/suits i construct the base and foam, then i wrap them in cling wrap like a skin and renforce with duct tape (white color) once everything is covered i go back with a marker and draw lines for patterns and seams. cut off the tape where you mark seams and lay out each piece flat. there you have it a perfect pattern to cover your stilts in. I also have a long strip of velcro in the front.

  • awesome that makes sence, thanks ^^

  • @Monoyasha lmao @ complaining in 85 degrees. I live in Florida where it's about 100 degrees for half the year. :P

  • @SlimySnail44 Yeah... 85 degrees OUTSIDE, and not counting sitting in all that fur and walking around in stilts. :P

  • @Monoyasha I can imagine! I've been in 70-80 degree weather wearing layers of linen and wool and it gets too hot, the fur has got to be terribly sweltering.

  • thats sick, awsome job

  • Wow cool!Do you do that or buy it?

  • I made them but i dont take commissions. might in 2010 after some structural testing and improving.

  • very nice!

  • gingerman234-

LOL Are you an expert on werewolves?

Werewolf mythology is nothing set in stone, quite obviously. People have their own variations.

  • good for you and i have no problem with either. each to his own

  • the only thing is that the proprtion is off the legs are to long but besides that it is awsome.

  • Who was the black dude in the video?

Your hair looks cool short, hmm like mine.

    I love the pawpads.

  • Impressive. Looks great overall. I especially like the legs, chest, and ribs.

  • really good job Monoyasha, i was out shopn today and getn all my materials together for making my first pair, used ur video for some great idea's, thanks for the awesome tips!!! i'll be sure to video mine when they are done and send you a link.. i'm a LARGE guy(6'8" & 315Lbs.) so i did have to make them a little more heavy duty.

  • *jaw drops* Awesome doesn't even BEGIN to describe. You go, girl!

  • Wow, best digi legs I've seen on here. When you start doing commish, give us a shout!

  • next step of evolution....

  • How much would these be for commision?

  • im not selling them at the moment but i would estimate a couple hundred for finished stilts

  • Those are freaking SWEET! For years now I wanted to become Mr. Tumnus fron the Lion Witch and the Wardrobe complete with digitigrade legs! YEARS! thou art awesome'd and favorite'd

  • OMG. I LOVE THIS!!! I have so many questions, how did you make it look so seamless, how do you put it all on? What fabric materials did you use? YOU are my HERO. I have been at a loss as to what I wanted to do and this is it!

  • Those legs are gorgeous. I wish I had the skills to do that. * o*

  • good job¡¡¡¡

  • the legs would be PERFECT if the padding on the thighs were extended down a bit more and the tail is too short. But other wise it looks wonderful. Cant wait to see it with the airbrush.

  • I agree. Right now they just look too.. long and thin. The costume is going to look top heavy, especially when you put the head on.

  • i think it also look odd b/c of my small head. this mask will not be one with my head it will be above it and my head will be in the neck. I will also make extensions to my hand and bulk them up to match. working on the longer/bigger tail now but thank you for the input

  • Wow, looking cool so far! I wish I knew how to make stuff like this, but I'm afraid that even with tutorials I'm a hopeless case XD

  • Need a bigger tail...that one's WAY too short and small for the size those stilts make you!

  • yes i realize this too now but could'nt tell till after the video. Im gonna make another but add the black stripe down it too. trial and error

  • what's the star-fish like thing on your chest?

  • its suppose to be ribs showing but without any airbrushing it looks funky

  • erm not my choice of werewolf suit..

  • O.o then what is? its still a major work in progress and will need extensive airbrushing to look right.

  • super epic...O.O

  • gah! i cant wait to see the whole thing. if it looks this good now the heads gonna be uber spiffy!

  • Hehe! yes im saving the best for last

  • so neat !

    I want some too ! whimpers !

  • soooo cool! but i didn't realy get the whole feet+band and shoes thing. im gunna be a were wolf next year and i kinda need a list of stuff to buy, can you tell me?

  • Looks nice! Is it a wolf, or a husky? The markings look more like a husky. Great legs though!

  • its going to be a wolf but still needs extensive amount of airbrushing

  • all i can say is.... your toll!

but eny way nice job on the suti.

  • nice!!!!

    XD
