wow you said like a mouth full almost like your speaking a little about who I am LOL the internet has really opened my mind from a laid back guy who people used to step on to a laid back guy who isn't shy anymore and can speak his mind and stand up for what he believes in I too kinda have the same family problems I only stuck around for my dad sake now that he is gone people thought it was ok to come after me so I said "see ya" and really made there minds blow away Great Video as aways Ron :)
I'm sorry you had a rough time. Remember you don't always need to fight to stand up for yourself. Sometimes yo just walk away and find a better place to work or live.
