You stated e above comment you posted.. that it appeared that I made a bad investment and now trying to blame the lender; no it is evident that you are the mistake. You also stated that real estate prices are declinging which may have cause the decreased in value from time of purchase until time of refinance. Idiot, this happend in 2002, so your justification is misleading to say the least. But thats typical for you banks, mortgage lenders, attorneys and the Judges. Like Christopher Brasher.
