best forearm video ever! I was curious though, when you do the reverse barbell curl, does placing your forarms out more past the knees when seated give you a better stretch or? and do these help your muscles around the wrist gain mass? thanks
Compared to using a bench, this position provides better comfort, less stress on the shoulders & back and provides a full range of motion for the forearm muscles.
I have 16 inch forearms, but the muscles around my wrist aren't so big though. do these revese wrist curls add muscle to that area? using proper weight, form and nutirition of course. cause yours is really big
i hear reverse curls are okay for the forearms, but whats your opinion on standing reverse barbell curls? i dont do them much, but i hear they add mass to the top forearm part?

@rambo3d4 you can't get your bones to grow, but your tendons tend to grow denser and thicker.
