  • LOL that what call a fail

  • omg

  • He didn't fail to flip the 18 wheeler back over. In fact, he did such a good job that he flipped everything!

  • This should be a metaphor for life.

You try and help someone else out...and you end up getting fucked.

  • I LOVE it! Moron.

  • "Uh yeah...this is Leroy out here. We gonna need another tow truck."

  • The emergency brake and the parking brake are the same thing - they are activated by the same set of springs in the same way.

The brakes are held away from the drum by air pressure at all times in one side of a double chamber. Air pressure is added to the other side of the chamber for service or foot brakes. A loss of air pressure on the other side causes the springs to apply the brakes. This can be caused by the driver pulling out the brake valve, or any other loss of pressure.

  • @ Cats400 Take the Dick out of your ass and simmer down a bit

  • @ meatman310 only rotators have stabilizers retard

  • @cats400 Funny. Our KW had stabilizers and it was not a rotator.

  • Someone definitely lost their Job over this one! Stabilizers weren't even extended either.... Dumbass!

  • hahahah xD

  • they need a tow truck for the tow truck now. But seriously I thought those trucks had one of those extended leg things(not sure what its called) they pullout when doing stuff like that.

  • funny as hell...i use to work fr CDS back before they went under.....lol

I never asked for your reply. I corrected you putting you in your place. No reply was needed except capitulation.

  • @XXXKingofSorrow I think that may have been @nerys71 's job (oops .. my shift button didn't work -hence the quick need to re-edit this ... ? - Nah m8 ... looks LIKE @nerys71 "slipped" off his end again .. as it's a pity @nerys71 was STALKING ME - instead of "putting" his HAND - on the other knob .. otherwise .. A HAND BRAKE - "operated" by hand - may have been activated)

  • well done ahahhahaha

  • He didn't fail at the primary task of putting the tractor/trailor back on it's wheels; he just failed at keeping his own piece of equipment upright.

  • well crap

  • LOOK AT THE BIG BRIGHTLY COLORED KNOB...lol

  • Comment removed

  • whos he gonna call then

  • Didn't see this coming ...

  • Comment removed

  • @QUIX4U

    they dont have handbrakes.

they have a service brake, a parking brake, and an emergency brake.

  • Comment removed

  • @QUIX4U there is no hand operated lever, brake.

theres a knob they pull out, that releases the air from the drum brakes and locks the brakes in the rear. thus is the parking brake.

the service brake is the pedal.

  • Comment removed

  • @QUIX4U Your using the words out of context. a "hand brake" auto context is not the same thing as a brake activate by hand using a knob.

a hand brake is the "ebrake" in a vehicle that is a lever in your center between the seats that you "pull up" with your hand.

while you could call the knob a "hand brake" you would be using incorrect terminology since the term "hand brake" has a specified purpose in auto vocabulary. IE your wrong.

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @QUIX4U nope. parking brake is the one controlled by the knob. the emergency brake is only applied when the trucks air system runs out of air pressure, them the emergency brake applies automatically. It cannot be purposely engaged by the driver, except by draining the air out of the tank.

  • well, thats 100,000 down the drain

  • out rigers man outrigers man.... oh you boss is goin ti kill you..............

  • ever had one of those days?

  • that only happens in movies!:):):)

  • Bad show, i hope their not are glass in the trailer to. Not the best day for them !

  • LOL

  • lol pmsl

  • I thought the truck that was being lifted was going fall back or somthing, but then... XD

  • thought the same! lol

  • I was trying to see if the tow truck had any outriggers. Comments? (maybe someone can see better than I)

  • What's really funny about this is, you know the tow truck driver was probably making fun of the stupid truck driver, for flipping the truck on it's side in the first place.

  • @boomwhap843

lol, the two idiots were made for each other

    *accidentally falls over*

  • lol, ouch, lol. whatta shame though.

  • If the wrecked truck had no air leaks the brakes could have stayed released for days. The recovery team should have set the brakes before starting the recovery. If it was not possible to set the brakes by getting inside the truck, all they would have to do is release the gladhands from the trailor, the trailor would lock immediatly, then the air would bleed off of the tractor causing its brakes to lock. 3 min. could have prevented thousands in damage.

  • @spudly58 or they could've atleast set da parkingbrake :P

  • if its a real semi truck they have auto brakes that lock under 50psi... im pretty sure it would have had them plusssss like shaenama said.. ur suppose to chock the wheels not jsut let it chill thats the tow truckers dumb mistake.

  • Epic Fail ! - easily preventable by placing preset wheel chocks near wear the semi was re-righted ... duh... LOL!

  • winches aren't that fast to release them they have braking and it had too much pressure on it to release a quick release. And how would a person jump in a rolling truck that has a smashed cab and possibly no brakes and a door that probably doesn't work since it didn't have spring brakes that worked since it rolled away .?You are right there are stupid people though.

  • In the UK trucks have air breakes that are always on unless the air is pummed up to relese them. Is that not the case over there then? Bummer!

  • he should have left it in gear anyway to keep it from rolling

  • hmmm lets think if you see the truck rolling backwards why would u not let out more cable give it slack till someone can jump in there and hit the brake i swear we got some stupid ass people in thisworld

  • Oh shit!!! That was expensive!

  • haha! for the sake of putting the trailer brake on...!

  • Personally I try to avoid such things... :P

  • tow trucker was expecting big time pay but he was happy that truck crash instead he got what he deserve. pay back baby.

  • eheheheheh

  • haha wow way to put the E brake on in the 18 wheeler...

  • AAA HAAHH HAH :D

  • TOWFUCKED :P l.o.l the irony!!!. now the towtruck needs a towtruck

  • WELL AT LEAST HE KNOWS A GOOD BODYSHOP,!!! his own and gets to get the insurance $ too :P

  • too many fckin kilos in the trailor

  • haha omg that would piss me off

  • This is SO ironic.

  • irony at it's best

(or worse if you own that tow truck)

  • shouldhave pulled the air from the trailer and locked the brakes before anything else was done. He knows now. Thanks to insurance he will be alright....premium just went up!

  • thats how they git er done LOL LMAO

  • I think that they should of put a jack under the other part of the truck and pulled it upi and pushed at the same time. Then the truck would be up and the tow truck probaly wouldnt flipped. But well never know.

  • I think that's what those big orange things were.

  • what a dumbass

  • What The Heck. Some Tow Truck Driver Forgot To Plant His Leverage Anchor Feet Down Just Like The Fire Trucks! But, What In The Hell Is Next?!? Need Another Semi-Tow Truck To Lift It The Other One To It's Side? To Avoid That Incident, Did Anyone Think Of Caulking The Rig's Trailer Tires From The Rear To Prevent It From Rolling Away Before Putting It On All It's Wheels?!

  • HOLY SHIT!

  • times 2

  • Where's Batman?!? Nine9eniN

  • OMF'nG, did the tow truck died!

  • Best comment of 09!

  • if you ever need a definition for irony...

  • should have threw his winch in free spool and that would have not happend but its hard to think when something like that is happening

  • It's called a reverse gear. Maybe had you used it and turned the wheel, you might not have gotten fucked over.

  • Tow truck got pwned

  • that sucks

  • lmfao that guy is fired

  • brilliant :)

  • I did not expect that.

  • LOL!

  • Its like biting the hand that feeds you lol

  • in the most respectful way, watching this video gets me horny (i'm not try in to be funny) does anyone else feel the same way?

  • yea...not

  • ?? funny?

  • facepalm

  • looks like the tow truck needs to be picked up now. this video is funny i think.

    white pony?

  • ha!

  • TIRE CHALKS

  • heres some advice for the wrecker operator use outriggers at all times

  • LOL this will go back and foward all day tip fix tip fix

  • LOL Brilliant

  • LMAOO hahaha GOod JOB

  • wahahhahahahahh

  • wow..ha.. ill bet that was the last thing he was expecting

  • if i was one of those fireman i would be laughin my ass off.

  • Two words... Epic fail

  • Two words.. Wheel chock.

  • Park Brake

  • Two Words: NO BUENO!!!!

  • Someone most certainly forgot to set the darn brakes on the trailer at least. Seems to me that both rig drivers were dumb enough not to check the air brakes first before performing the flip over. LOL Although this isn't as bad as some of the stuff I've seen as a big rig driver.

  • I bet this was his thoughts...

"Okay now that thats flipped back over.. Wait... Whats That Noise *Looks Behind him*"

    "...Fuck" =.=

  • If you pause the video at 0:03, you can see that the rear stabilizers are down. I don't think there is much more support available on that truck, and I doubt he could slack the cable fast enough to keep pace with the truck as it rolled away.

It was just a dumb move to forget about the brakes on the equipment being righted.

  • there is no outriggers on that truck

  • should have put outriggers out on tow truck and probably would have been good idea to set the brakes on the truck b4 putting it back on the wheels

  • Hahaaha rofl

  • thanks for the help, and now i am going to wreck your day!!

  • lol should have put the outriggers out on the wrecker

  • Bummer! ;)

  • I couldnt stop laughing oh my lord rofl!!

  • I ran a tow truck like that and have had to flip over farm machines many times. my only ? is .. WHY THE HELL DID THEY NOT THINK THAT RIG WOULD ROLL ONCE ON ITS WHEELS... DUUUUU!!!

  • Lol...now that was just to funny...5 stars for sure!!!

  • wow, that would suck! lol

  • Bahaha, man that sucks
