  • God bless you for your faithfull witness. You should search out like minded people in the Lord. Iron sharpens Iron. The battlefield can be tough and discouraging at times and we need others to lift us up and encourage us as well as us encouraging them. I was involved in a lukewarm chruch and the Lord led me to a fellowship of on fire believers. Praise the Lord! Last day bro, no time for playin around, we should be preaching the Gospel and warning of the Judgment to come.

  • @WorthDieing4 That's a Good Word brethren...Thank You and God Bless you.

  • Keep up the good work. I rarely fellowship in Church anymore.A good man's steps are ordered by the Lord and He delights in His way.!

  • Brother I've been a street evangelist for thirty two years, the greatest enemy to me are God's people.Sometimes I go with others but mostly I cannot wait for help. The Church thinks street evangelist are offensive, they don't like methods of evangelists, to them the Gospel is refined. You go with or without help, but you go. I once had a brother tell me I embarassed him all I was doing was handing out tracts. The Church don't go because the foolishness of the Gospel offends them.

  • @polopowers1 I praise God for your obedience and encouragement. Would you send me a PM on some of the approaches you find to be the most effective? I have been handing out Bibles lately, once spring gets here I will do more witnessing again. You can get ESV paperback NT for $.86 when you buy enough.

I have been soured by my churches approach to this and I am sad to report that I have only been to one service since then.

  • Brother, have you prayed about starting a home fellowship Bible study? You could invite people from your church and teach on what the true gospel is and how we can reach people with it. God will wake them from their slumber. Instead of leaving, maybe God will use you to reach them?

The gospel is offensive to people, regardless if it's door to door or not. Sounds like these particular brothers have been influenced by the modern American soft Christianity.

  • @BloodBoughtChad I think you are right Chad. I will pray on the direction you have given, which I think is great. My problem right now is that my wife is not on board, this makes the home study that much more difficult. Please be praying that The Lord will get her completely surrendered to Him so we can serve Him together.

You are a blessing brother....Thank you!

  • I appreciated our conversation on this, God bless ya brother, It's all about Jesus

  • Sounds like fear on their part. I guess it's better for the JW's and Mormans to do it. They should probably read James again.

  • @paulgem123 Right on. BTW, Luke wrote Acts. God Bless you, thanks for the comments

  • @cullmanhere2 Oh Yeah, That's right good O'L Luke. He caught me off guard with the question. LOL.

  • I was talking to my son about that. He is reading Acts and he asked me Who wrote the book of Acts. I said I think it was Paul. He noticed the Cilas was with Paul in Chapter 15:36. I proceeded to tell him about how Yeshua had sent them out two by two. Interesting that that I came across your video. LOL. Praise God!
