The only book that Christians return to trying to explain the beginning of time is Genesis. There are several translations many of them leaning towards genesis as a written in poetic form. It also could not be written down exactly because Moses was not alive when the events took place. Quoting Genesis verses to "prove" something didn't happen is ridiculous.

In order for theories to be true they must be 1)Logically Consistent and 2)must have Empiracle Evidence

The "Evidence" for the Big Bang is that the current universe is finite and expanding implying a spot where it oringinated. A finite universe has boundaries where past them nothing exists. If nothing exists outside then THE UNIVERSE CANNOT EXPAND. Something cannot be contained by nothing.
