i hear a lot of people on newegg had problems with this, what to do to get to bios, jbat switch them turn on, wont turn on switch jbat back, hit F11 or delete cant remember which one to get to bios, the box says pentium d, there is no pentium d that works with this is there? thats why sooooo many people have problems with this thing, great mother board, pooooor detailing

Yeah it will. It can support any 45nm Intel processors that have a FSB of 1333MHz. I beliebe the E7300 has a 1066MHz FSB so it will do fine.
