Good vid, nice review. Just a bit of advice, the colder the water the slower your presentation of your bait should be. In your specific case you should have let it set for over 5 minutes at a time.
I have caught fish on a pocket fisherman and it works, not as well as a full sized rod and reel but then a full size rod and reel isn't easy to pack and bring along.
Bit disappointing that no fish were biting. Would have been nice to see if it really held up. It was funny using the "theme music" while watching Dan try to fish, though.
You killed two birds with one stone reviewing the Pocket Fisherman and the EZ Gill. While you were waiting for the food to cook were you fishing? If so, you should have used a piece of hot dog as bait if artificials were not working.
That thing looks like a peice of crap! You would be much better off with a telescoping rod combo!

I had one of these as a kid, and it held up just fine for catching bream and bluegill.
