Ima try this next week. THanks for all your lovely videos. on your blog though in the written reciepe for this you forgot to add the step of frying the mortadella before boiling it. Also I've seen in the stores when they sell the mortadella they have olives in the inside with the garlic. green sliced olives. is that something i can put in the midle with this reciepe?

Where I come from "Mortadela" is beef or turkey sausage:) Interesting recipe and it looks goood!!!
