If anyone needs translating I would do it for them...lols~ But in a nutshell: Flour: 1 package of banh bao flour + ingredients to prepare on package Filling: ~1/2 lb ground pork ~1/2 lb shrimp ~1/2 white onion ~4 eggs (boil them) ~2 links of chinese sausage ~3-4 shiitake mushrooms (you can use dried ones and soak them) ~2 tb. oyster sauce ~1 teaspoon sesame oil ~ground pepper (to taste) I think that was all of it...! I'm not much of a cook.. especially when it comes to vietnamese food. But I love banh Bao.. and and want to attempt making it! Your video has been very inspiring!!
just asking.. but.. don't you think that non-viets would like to learn how to make these as well? viet culture isn't very well known outside of viet communities. i'd love to learn how to make these for my boyfriend, whose vietnamese & i'm caucasian.. i can see the ingredients, so that makes me happy, but it would make me more confident in what i was doing if there was some english, even if it was just dubbed. not complaining, just making a suggestion, so your videos can reach more people. :)

For flour:
follow package.
Instructions: 1.Mince the shrimp and combine with pork
2.boil the eggs, cut in half each egg to make 8 equal parts
3.chop the onion and add to meat
4.mince the GARLIC [2-3 cloves] (forgot to put that in the ingredient) add to meat
5.chop the mushrooms, add
6.slice one sausage link and set aside. chop the other link and add to mix
7.add oyster sauce,sesame oil, ground pepper.
to assemble..just watch how Kathy did it!
