At frame 0:17:20, Kent says in his #6 power point, "Satan rejoiced when the foundations of the earth were laid. Job 38:1-4"

Well i checked these verses in my KJV and this is not what the Bible says. Anyone who may be able to clear up this seeming conflict, care to comment?

@SpencerBenedict2nd your right dont now exactly what mistake he made but in job 38:1-4 say 4“Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth?Tell Me, if you have understanding..meby he meant when the morning-stars sang together,( the blessed angels)when Jesus made the foundations of the earth,Satan rejoiced whit Jesus when Jesus made the foundations of the earth.because Satan was a angel.but i dont now for sure Kend Hovind meant that, it can be simple mistake
