you all do realize we have troops training in UN countries, right? They're our allies... And I guarantee where they have thousands here, we have tens of thousands in their country. It's how the world works now. You have to train your troops in all conditions. We don't have large cold mountain ranges here, so we send troops to Sweden and Northern Italy. In return we let the Swedish and Italians train in our deserts.

Excactly, take the Eurpean country of Norway for instance. Every year over 10000 NATO troops come go there to train for high intensity artic warfare. This has gone on since the 80's. You don't see norwegian freaking out over it. In addition to this you have both small and large training exersizes in almost every NATO-country with foreign troops participating. Why should the US, also being a NATO member, be excempt from this?
