I'm not sure what you are asking for in your first question , but if its how to unlock teams its in the PES Shop, I believe its in Options. As for the kit you probably need to download a bonus pack, and that you can get from different sites.

Practice pretty much, I just shoot aiming right and then quickly hold left and it usually works.
