Excellent job there. If I might make a suggestion-you have the chromed weapons and the dull grey limbs. I would paint the limbs either black or chrome to match the guns. You could have your own custom premium Ironhide there.

good repaint. Although it seems a bit inconsistent since the core parts aren't fully painted. IT seems like a shell repaint only, so thats what i mean about the inconsistent.

OVERALL, its really cool with what you did. awesome! never thought about it.

you might want to try and change the head mold? it's just a suggestion. replace it with alternators SKIDS . that scale is poportionate to Movie Ironhide.

I've been pondering what to do with my rotf Ironhide since i bought it merely to swap the head and weapons onto the '07 one to make him movie-accurate!

As for the paint issue, i've found that soaking a figure in hot water with fairy liquid does a pretty good job of getting that mold-release grease off so i just chuck'em in with the washing up lol!
