Okay, so I'm left handed. I'm currently working on the 2 ball part. But when I throw the first ball from my left hand, and throw the second one from my right, the second one always tends to go higher. Should I break this habit? I've tried so the first goes over, but it feels alienish.

@tla123456 You posted a month ago and will hopefully already have found some great info to help but i suggest starting with one ball. Throw one ball back and forth between your hands, catching it slightly outside your resting position. throw it where it arcs about even with your head. Repeat until you go blind with bordom, or can do it with your eyes closed. (well maybe not closed but squinting.) Then try with two balls and if you're doing well go on and try with three. Good luck!

I'm not good enough to get on television, but I've been juggling for years.

I tried and I tried many times before it clicked. The main thing is not the coordination - it is the mental aspect of the trick. I'd add to the video's commentary this: one initiates the throw of the next ball right when the last ball thrown is at the apex of its travel. The fact that the ball being thrown is released just when the last ball is about to land is a result of the throw being initiated in a timely manner.

Been Learning about 1 hour, havent cracked it yet, i can do 3 movements, so right thn left thn right again, then i get stuck with two in my left hand always, i cant seem to throw it cos my hands are full, really annoyed :/

@calum769 I could help with a simple suggestion. Continue practicing your 3 throws (or more)... but If your first throw is with the RIGHT ... Try practicing the same exercise starting with the LEFT. Practice your weak hand twice as much... Once that gets boring and easy... just go for it. Dont even think about it.. Just keep throwing one ball at a time (thats all juggling is).

Thanks for a great video! My cousin taught me to juggle in just a few minutes last night using these exact same steps, I would recommend these steps to anyone wanting to learn. @ShottaScarface I have a suggestion for your juggling. Begin juggling with only 1 ball (from sided to side).. It is important to make each throw from the inside of you body... and the catch from the outside of your body. This will make a better picture of the ball moving around in a sideways eight pattern (infinity symbol). All this does is disciplines the hands to keep moving away from the centre and not get stuck there.
