I have performed with Wesley Gomes when he lived in Seattle. It was always such a treat to dance with him and watch him perform for various audiences. We would take turns drumming and dancing with our performance group. Yiyiyiyi! Miss you Wesley!!
I'm a woman who loves bellydancing. Cory zamora is a great teacher, DVDs by dialogue international are great and this bellydancers (both the ladies and the guys) are great! Your should see the faces of some men hier in the audience (i live in Holland) when a male bellydancer enters the stage. But those faces changes when they see them perform :-)
@DialogueInt I bought my copy of male belly dance ages ago but now my partner has decided to join us in the belly dance community as a dancer and is very enthusiastic so i got him a copy too.
the girl in the green shirt didn't like him dancing for her? Jeez...is she stupid! He's soooooo cute! I would've LOVED to be her at that moment! Wesley....are you single? :P :D lol
Hi! I dance too and I think that is wonderful to see men bellydancing, in a troupe, even more so. The guys in this video are still very masculine , we women thought we had to put up with sterotyping, and I think it would be excellent to see mroe men get into this sort of dancing. It would be awesome to have a guy in the troupe I'm in! :)

i have seen these people at faire.
they come out of a huge tent, all covered up.
then the women take a layer off, and do the most incredible things with swords, fire..on their bare bellys!
they pop the sword to their chest, then pop to belly, and roll the sword down
they rule
