I was 18 when I was diagnoised with AML Leukimia and Make a wish granted me a wish, but I waited till I figured out what I wanted. Then my 19th Bday happened, and then later I hear that my wish is withdrawn. That's something a cancer patient doesn't need to hear. So why are only Little kids only granted wishes? It's just sad to think that the middle men aren't is worth their time.
@Neck41 It was good to talk with you. I was glad to hear you had your wish granted by one of the Adult Wishes organizations (and I think your generosity in making the wish something that also benefited your older sister and your niece and nephews is awesome. Very cool.).
Those who are 18 and under are luckly, this foundation grants them anything wish they want. But what happens when you turn a year older and the foundation withdrawls the wish? They're crushing a kids spirit which is needed to survivor the illness that's inflicked upon them. Who says that only kids should get a wish and those who are older don't?
@Neck41 As I mentioned to you, when Make-A-Wish was established in 1980, the founders decided to grant wishes for eligible kids between the ages of 2 1/2 and 18. It's the mission we follow today.
I was glad to hear you had your wish granted by one of the Adult Wishes organizations (and, as I mentioned in another reply, I am VERY IMPRESSED by the generosity of your wish). - John
I am 14, I was diagnosed with 4 rare diseases, a brain tumor and am expected to go blind. Make-A-Wish is granting my ever long hoped for wish to go to Italy and I am so excited. It makes fighting more worth it. Thank you Make-A-Wish Foundation!

And btw im doing really good now!
