This is another of your contortionist videos. You do things with a hoop the rest of us can't even imagine. You are so flexible. I love all the pink and the sunlight in the room. This is very springlike.
I've had a horrible cold and cough which has left me with no energy, but I think you may just have decided me to get my hoops up to the village hall and give it a go. Even if I can't do more than a few minutes, better than not doing any.

Hope your cough is better, my son and hubbie have been ill with nasty tummy bug, I seem to have escaped thus far, fingers crossed.
