Delay was indicted in 2005 on CRIMINAL charges of conspiracy to violate election laws in 2002 by a Texas grand jury.. And this mutt is still running free? Why is it that this sleaze-ball politician can commit crimes against society and still remain free? John Gotti Jr. has been jailed since August 2008 awaiting trial. Gotti Jr. may or may not have killed his own kind. Delays victims are country-wide. Why is it that Gotti is behind bars and Delay is allowed to run free?
