You should be able to dispute the copy right claim. I did on one of my AMVs (Terra is a Monster) and in less than a minute the audio was back

Well, there are 3 Tokyo Revelation OVA's and there will be more Tsubasa Chronicle OVA's next year. First they said it will be in february 2009 and now it's march 2009, but yes there is still more to come of TRC. ^^ though I think this will be the last project of Tsubasa cause CLAMP wants to work on something else after this and that means no third season.
