Just goes to show how long it's been since we've seen you guys! We'll have to remedy that this summer. I see by our quick response time we're both hard at work today!
From IMDb - Glenn Danzig wrote a song for Johnny Cash, "Thirteen," which Cash recorded for his 1994 album _American Recordings_. Danzig later recorded it with his own band for their 1999 album _Danzig 666: Satans Child_.
Paul, please don't care about ratings. It's cool version. A little bit different but still very good. I like your feeling, and groove. Danzig's version is much more darker, you're closer to Johnny definitely.. but still it's fresh and I can see that you love playing it. I hope you have fun :) Greetings.
interesting. I wouldn't mind see you do a slower, more alike cover to the album version. I believe you would do good with your voice. nice uptempo version thou.

I just now listened to this version, and I like it better than the "closer to Cash" one. Your guitar playing's more powerful here.

thanks. I honestly can't decide which version I prefer. But this style is more fun to play.

The faster pacing gives it a more "open road" quality--like he might be riding a motorcycle.

Yeah, I like that idea. A true rebel. He doesn't even have a name, just a number. 13.
Doesn't get darker or cooler than that.
