@DINNNIN by diet control, medications and treatment, they test your blood and see the enzyme count etc, and can work out if its Genetics, your diet, smoking etc, and all that helps prevent them from happening

My dad died when I was nine years old. He had a heart attack in my school's parking lot when he came to pick up my brother and me. I visited him in the ICU (or CCU, I'm not sure which) a few days before he suffered a stroke that killed him. That was ten years ago, and I still suffer from the effects of his death. To all parents out there, take care of yourselves. Your children need you. R.I.P Daddy, I miss you.
