k well see the thing is, it's definitely PANDOLFO so please stop pretending you know how to spell, also, unlike most teams, the devils have a defensive based attack plan, so forwards that shut down the other team are better than lots of scorers. Furthermore, if you asked almost any player or coach in the league you would find that pandolfo and madden are two of the better players in the nhl. Another great thing about Jay is that he only takes 1 to 2 penalties a year. That is all.

fine. geo was a great scoring threat. he slumped over the last 2 years but it gave oppenents other people to worry about other than parise's line. madden was an amzing defensive forward. he shut down the oppenents best players alongside jay pendalfo. salvador and white are our two biggest toughest d-men who do more than thier own part. even though they don't produce offensively like rafalski and niedermeyer did they keep the puck out of our net. there you go. your retarted.

dude, madden was a grinder. That means he was more defensive than offensive, maybe he was the best or like getzlaf, but he was good and did his job well. Pandolfo is just one of those average powerforwards who scored sometimes, but he was still a good asset to the devils, as i said maybe not the best, but he wasn't bad. To be in the nhl your have to be pretty good in hockey. Hockey is a team sport which madden and pandolfo contributed to, their team.
