Yes, It's illegal "I witness myself" about milk crate. In about 20 years ago, I almost attempted until I found out those milk crate imprinted said: "WARNING DO NOT REMOVE" $500.00 fines or jail and both. This isn't a joke. Then I just leave it alone. Now, It's probably $1,000.00 fines or higher.

Yes it is illegal if it belongs to a dairy farm and that warning is imprinted on the crate itself. If he bought it , which I doubt, then he's scott free. That's not going to be the case in his vlog, at least one seen in the vlog has been imprinted with a dairy farm's logo and that therefore is illegal if its used to improvise a table in his background.
