minor earthquakes measuring 3.0- 5.0 on the richter scale are fun cause you know that people are most likely not going to die and people are possibly not going to get seriously hurt and damage would be small so its ok to have fun! there also good to practice what to do in an major earthquake. thats what some of us Victorians did because apparently one is just about to occur in Melbourne. The magnitude is suppost to be over 6.0 and most likely could be a 7.0. I know a earthquake scientist. true
