When they sealed up the building, she was running a high fever & e woman's husband was outside w/ medicine for tonsilitis. He couldn't give it to her cos she'd been quarantined inside, & they were separated. But then they realize that the dog belonging to this woman had the disease and the girl may have it. Just as they realize this, the girl turns into one & bites her mom's face. (:
