This is called horefrost. It is a phenomina one typically sees further north but it can happen anywhere it can freeze.

The dirty part is the polution in the air.

Mate: Some sort of unnatural forming moisture. Foggy.. spitting out very fine fine little cold dust Solar activity-charging and compressing our bio-sphere with crushing pressure as nanites surge in between every little adam. I do not have any testing equipment- its dry, brittle, brown/gray tinge, formed thorny shapes that point up and down on everything. And yes, It looks exactly like those ugly trails, same color. I am watching to see if ppl start getting sick.
