luck is a skill too, as i see it been random in not that bad, at profesional level of gameplay like this, you as the pro gamer expect the other to be perfect, with great timing an everything, thats why no much people say, "i could dragon punch you in the face", well the true is a pro will never do a dragon punch out of nowhere just to get you out of your momentum, if you fail it to conecct your gonna it some big damage, so anyway, ramdoness sometimes pay of and this video is the proof

Well a few things. Randomness does pay off, until the other person realizes you are going to throw out those random moves and then punishes you for them. That is why this random style of play never wins tournaments. Sure it'll win a match, because the other player doesn't expect you to do random unsafe shit. But the moment they realize that is what you are all about, it's over.
