One comment, for all the maps that are free to play it IS possible to win without any new towers you need to buy, my dad who is an addict to this game has got 10 sheep on every level except this one that he has WON. It is hard, apperntly when all the boses come you sell all of ur ground towers and upgrade all of ur air then you can kill all of the air bosses and have some sheep left, but in which i do not knowhow he did it you need ALL of ur sheep for when the bosses come or else you LOSE.

@superbnerb I couldn't do it without the flamethrower, so i bought it. Also almost all of the 'hard' levels and all the 'madness' levels are impossible without upgraded weapons.

Thanks greatly for posting this, but I guess it confirms my suspicion all along, that there's no way to beat half of the levels without paying cash for upgraded weapons. Not that there's anything wrong with that, I suppose.

Micro can be beat without flamethrower. I managed with 3 sheep left. For a guide, google towermadness micro and check out the facebook link that comes up.

according to the creator of the game.. every level is supposedly "beatable" with just the initial weapons but I don't know how much of this is true.. I was able to beat borderlands with just the basic weapons but it took me five whole days with only one sheep left. I've gotten up to wave 97 in The Lone Sheep but I find it almost impossible for some of the levels.

by the way i only bought a flame, i didn't change much in the plan, but the bigger change is that i sold the plasma thing to upgrade flame, then built after that a boost for the flame, that was enough to kill them, but lost 1 sheep :)
