If my takeoff speed was 75 knots, I'd probably keep it at 70 knots till the end of the runway and let the drop give me more air speed. Give it more stick just as it drops off. I think that would be so cool. I don't think my passengers would like that very much though.
The runway is only 1700 ft, and the airport is at 6500 MSL. That means you have to use every inch of available runway, even though there is a downslope to it.

@bcherbs Its a bit of both. theres maybe 15 feet of gradual slope. but it gets pretty steep after that.
