Second, Black Ops may have tubes, but there isn't any danger close, one man army, and there is a perfect counter to it. Flak Jacket. Third, all deathstreaks except Copycat are useful and annoying. They all partially ruin the game. People with painkiller will walk through all of your bullets. And lastly, just because they don't have Ninja doesn't mean it is a balanced perk. That's silly.
