all these ppl talking abt HIRCO why dont you tell HIRCO to publish their constrcution plan to people who have paid money. They only are clear to take money but never give constrcution start or end dates.
More that 3 year passed no cons , HIRCO is also not telling when they will start. The few building being constrcuetd are for for the initial cust after 5 years still not finished that too without club house of basic infrastructure for which cust has already paid money.
