@Nwwind22 Those white labs vials are ready to pitch for a standard 5 gallon batch. The only time i would make a starter is if my starting gravity is higher than 1.100
How much water did you add for the sparging? It looks like you still keep the water at about 2.5 gallons, until you add the purified water at the end.
this is about as basic as it gets .. easy and to the point .. nice work!

Heres a tip for keeping the Temp stable: Set your Oven to 155 and put your whole pot in their for your desired time. Works like a charm

I think i sparged with a gallon of water. Most recipes will tell you how much to use.
