  • Marry me!

  • i found love

  • I'd hit it.

  • I love your voice and the way you talk.

  • I wouldn`t be suprised if they find lead, cadium or another material that shouldn`t be found in stainless steel. Remember these are produced in China for people that are learly of BPA or other dangerous chemicals. I wouldn`t put my money on China for producing a chemical free, non-toxic product.

  • You're a little cutie, I would drink from your Klean Kanteen anytime!!!

  • I tried stainless steel but I have to see my water, so I will stick with BPA free Camelbaks (polycarbonate replacement).

  • by the way, what size is your kanteen? 27oz?

  • 40 oz! Sorry, been without internet for awhile.

  • curse the soy milk for my man tits!

  • You're pretty. What about showing some hooters?

  • Yeah, any other country, BUT China! Places like here in Australia, USA, Sweden etc... You know you are getting a product that has had years of thought put into it. (Sigg/ Nalgene)

  • I mean, yes and no. That definitely not my reason for buying American-made products. I don't like Sigg's because they coat the inside of their bottles with something they won't disclose to the public, and I don't like Nalgene for their involvement with animal testing. What you have to remember is the thought process is their, because Klean Kanteen is an American company, they've just outsource their labor to China, Which I'm against, but I'm sure they've put thought into their product.

  • Though I haven't really noticed the smell, I have noticed that metallic-y taste the first few times I filled mine up with water. That being said, I think that's pretty common with restaurant-grade stainless steel (think about the smell of cafeteria kitchens, if you can). This summer I actually lost mine and had to buy a new one, and I rinsed it with boiling water before using it and didn't taste that metallic taste at all, while my mom, you didn't rinse hers, did mention the taste. So, RINSE!

  • So there is like...no risk with this? If I get a klean kanteen I won't get BPA or stainless steel poisoning or anything?

  • haha as far as I know, no. Definitely no to the BPA think, but as far as stainless steel poisoning goes, I don't think that exists, not yet, anyway. They use really high quality stainless steel (food-grade, the kind they use in kitchens and restaurants), so it's been used for years in consumption industries. I think the quality is 18/8 stainless steel, I'm not sure exactly what that means, but you can check it out if you want. But I'd say Klean Kanteen is your best option ( :

  • get brushed steel! They look better anyway ( :

  • Klean kanteens are the way to go. As soon as plastic water bottles get to room temprature they leak bpa's and hormone disrupting chemicals into the water. Klean kanteens have zero leakage baby and totally hygienic. Plus our oceans are poisoned with enough plastic, make the step to change this. Just add some celtic sea salt to your filtered water to boost the natural mineral content.

  • excellent post ( :

  • I searched everywhere and found out that there are "NO" stainless steel water bottles made in the USA. I think that most consumers get nervous when they hear "Responsibly made in China. So I purchased a Kleen Kanteen anyway.

  • That totally sucks, I wish a company would produce it. Oh and you know those Swiss ones, SIGG, don't get one of those! I didn't mention it on the video, but they spray the inside with a "coating that won't leach anything" but they refuse to tell anyone what's actually in the coating, SCARY! And I guess if the water inside freezes, they are like, DON'T USE IT ANYMORE IF IT FREEZES! So that freaks me out even more. Pass on the word! haha.

  • hey nice review. is that the 40 oz one you have? i was thinking about getting it too but the 27 is too little and the 40 is too big..

  • Yes it is! That's exactly what I thought, because I'm so used to the 32 oz. nalgene, but I will say that I LOVE the size of the 40 oz. and totally recommend it! It's awesome and fits in all the places my nalgene fit, the only real difference between the sizes is the whole lid thing going on. But yeah, hah, I definitely recommend it, even if it seems big at first!

  • No totally go for the 40 oz, I originally thought it would be waaaay too big, especially switching from a 32 oz to a 40 oz, but I love it. Granted it's harder to fit in my water bottle net thingy on my backpack, but I don't really care, and having the extra cup of water is actually REALLY nice. So I totally agree with pitwinner.
