Taking a shower (Wheelchair user) (Paraplegic)

Hey, T-12 Spinal cord here, I have a question. Why don't you use a shower chair?

Hello WheelzOfFortune, I'm impressed with how strong your arms are and how quick you can move. You manage fine, I can see you've worked out all your strategies to get things done as you want them. I had my shower changed from a fitted one to a long flexible metal hand held one to enable me to adjust the temp. before the water hits me (lol). After the temp. is right I can lean forward and set it into a fitting I had put in down low on the back wall for a steady hands free shower.

nice video. what level of injury are you? I am t-10 / t12. Do you have to cath. Do you play any sports like basketball or rugby. I play rugby and enjoy it.

@justintex1 T6-8 and, no, I don't cath. I do play sports, but not competitively. Awesome that you do rugby!

I would assume that you are just like the rest of the world when on ice but not quite as nimble. How has the weather been down in NJ. Here in the northeastern part of MA it has been cold and colder-this morning it was minus 6 in my backyard. The weathermen are once again forecasting more and more white stuff called snow. How lucky can we get?
