The first exercise you do in this vid, kills my biceps. I do those in the gym, and right now my biceps are killing me. Will check your other workouts too, keep it up, stay fit.

So you workout one muscle group a day? or do you do two muslce groups every other day? If you could give me a workout schedule for someone who works out everyday
@UnkShoot Since your so young i don't think that you should bother going on diets or taking supplements. Truth is that most supplements don't really do that much of a difference and most of them are very expensive. So don't waste your money, just think of what you eat and work out regularly and you will be in great shape in no time.
And also don't forget to work your hole body, Don't forget doing your legs!

eh you probably didnt overwork them, your muscles just get a nice pump look after you get done workin out due to the blood in them, fades away later. btw this is good as the blood brings them protein, hence eat protein shortly afterwards. 45 mins is a good limit.
hey brandon. I dont go to a gym and have limited weights in my room. any hints on what work out on for a week? what should I also eat and drink? what protein shakes work for you? I wanna get to 160 by summer if i can.
@mojo66775 it looks like he's saying those are the workouts he does on the corresponding days. So day 1 would be Lower Chest/Abs Core and so on.. I could be wrong but he also seems to alternate exercises to keep from putting unnecessary stress on the muscles.
