  • @Drmilkman85 Go to Walmart and purchase a set for low cost, or buy an oly barbell set at ebay. You can find very cheap deals trust me.

    since 9 .

    I changed alot..

    I just wanted to know if i can get good body without takin proteins or eating special meals...

    I spend my summer working just arms and they grow alot !

  • @UnkShoot Since your so young i don't think that you should bother going on diets or taking supplements. Truth is that most supplements don't really do that much of a difference and most of them are very expensive. So don't waste your money, just think of what you eat and work out regularly and you will be in great shape in no time.

    And also don't forget to work your hole body, Don't forget doing your legs!

  • its not good to work out that young. you will be short when you grow up

  • you can do but, becous your young your mussels are still going, and also your bones, so when you start to train for massa, its not the best option. you can do it with high reps or medium, that is like 12 to 14 reps. and still get the results you like. but don't get to 8 or les reps.

  • I was working on my biceps pretty hard and they were feeling pretty hard but idk if I overworked them because they started feeling soft after a while and they stayed soft the rest of the day...

    did I overwork them????

  • eh you probably didnt overwork them, your muscles just get a nice pump look after you get done workin out due to the blood in them, fades away later. btw this is good as the blood brings them protein, hence eat protein shortly afterwards. 45 mins is a good limit.

  • @mojo66775 it looks like he's saying those are the workouts he does on the corresponding days. So day 1 would be Lower Chest/Abs Core and so on.. I could be wrong but he also seems to alternate exercises to keep from putting unnecessary stress on the muscles.
