Assuming you are all primarily 400m runners, Guys anything over a 54 for a freshman is crap, anything over 52 for a sophmore is crap, anything over 51 for a junior is slow (but still manageable for a relay) and definitely anything over a 50 for a senior will get you nowhere unless you are in a really weak division.

Now it is possible for people to get faster because alot of people don't reach their potential for running until a long time, but if you're at your peak running those times...*sigh*
