Last legendary album from Helloween with Kiske. I have always considered Kiske best singer in the world, but lets face it Chameleon was horrible album. 1993 Kiske did not wanna do more metal, rest of the Helloween wanted. Kiske had to go. Deris was excellent replacement. Master of the Rings is almost as good as Keeper of the Seven Keys part II. And Kiske is finally returning back to metal: Kiske/Somerville and Unisonic with Kai Hansen. So win win.

awsome.helloween was the first band i ever saw live back in 1988 at nottm royal centre (with kai on guitar).i was 15 at the time but i can remember it like it was yesterday.over 100+ gigs later and it is still in my top 3 favourite gigs.such a great band.we all know Kiske is the best singer but does anyone else think that Ingo was the best drummer ever?

Helloween, no matter who sings, have been, and will continue to be, one of the best bands around, I personally liked the stuff with Kai, yes he may not have been a natural vocalist but he was not a bad singer, Kiske ere will always be my favourite, and I disagree, I liked Pink Bubbles back then, maybe a little "quirky" with some of the lyrics (Heavy Metal Hamsters), but still good. Not heard that much of Deris but liked what I have heard, and wish them continued success.

I like everything Helloween recorded. From the rough, super-fast Walls, through more melodic things like Keepers I/II, both Pink Bubbles and Chameleon, and entire Deris era, where they got really "heavy". Never cared who sings/plays as long as I like it.

Try his performances with Avantasia, Tribuzy, Revolution Renaissance and Gamma Ray for metal related music. Then try Place Vendome and Kiske/Somerville for quality melodic hard rock.

Helloween are ok, but they repeat themselves so much that it gets quite boring. Additionally the live off they glory days a lot with Keeper The Legacy & Unarmed...

I could never have imagined a Helloween without him. Andi Deris did an admirable job replacing a legend ... but he's still not to par.  I can't listen to Deris' voice without feeling irritated. I stopped listening to Helloween 15 years ago ... about the time Michael left.

Also ich stimme Mattowarrior zu. Chameleon ist sogar mein Lieblingsalbum. Diese und Bubbles sind musikalisch sicherlich über die Keeper zu setzen, wenn auch die Keeperalben richtig geile Metalscheiben sind( da Texte etc. zum Teil von Gott äääh Kai Hansen^^). Die beiden 90er sind dazu einfach ganz anders und natürlich hat jeder seine eigenen Vorlieben. Ich höre im Endeffekt alles von Helloween gern. Das gibt schon für sich eine sehr facettenreiche Playlist :)
