Sometimes the catalogues on aeroplanes are kinda stupid haha they sell stuff that you don't even need. They might as well do a survey at some point to find out what people want more than what they don't want, i.e: for us Harry Potter fanatic, Time-Turners, interactive wands and other things like that.

Neck traction is actually kinda cool because it releases the weight of your head from your neck, and that feels actually kinda wonderful. I have never used such a stupid device for it lol, but my mom's a physical therapist so i've had it used on me before. You can do the exact same thing by getting a friend to lift up your head for a couple seconds...

I always get sinus infections and someone told me about this sinus rinse you can get from any pharmacy or like walmart or somthing. anyways it hurts kinda the first time...but it will make you feel so much better. I have begun using it like once a week and have not got sick in like 5months....which is a very long time for me. anyways try it and let me know how it worked out for you..I know it sounds gross but just try it.

The neck pro thingy is commonly used my chiropractors for patients whos necks either curve the wrong way or are straight due to an accident. It stretches out the joints so they can easily be moved.
but yeah... looks like hes gonna hang himself.

That's what i thought! Every so often i notice Kristina acting a little bit like Alex, although i haven't noticed it the other way around. But they have been with each other for almost a month now (i think :/) so i guess that would happen

Neck protractor... yep... A neck protractor, I believe, straightens the spine to ease back pain. Of course, you hang there for hours on end with nothing to do, uncomfortably bored. LOL Good thing you have no back pain!!! Just a sinus infection. Hope you feel better soon! ;-)

The auto-asphyxiation device seems like a bad idea - but I haven't heard any users complain. Maybe it is like in the old days when they used mercury to cure syphilis, you either get cured or die of mercury poisoning.
