Race was one of the strongest wrestlers of his time but never got credit for it due to his physical appearance. Even though slamming a super-heavyweight is 90 percent of the super-heavyweight slamming himself, it was impressive. Horrible screw job ending to this match though, the fans had to feel cheated.

Didn't Race once slam Andre the Giant?  I though I heard someone that he did. But I could be wrong; even if I am, you are right, Race was so, so strong even right up to the end of his career.
