kakashi aint a uchiha but he manage to evolve his sharingan to a mangekyo sharingan + he mastared a timespace jutsu with the sharingan that even sasgay who took a shortcut thnx to itachi havn mastered yet also kakashis chidori was badass in naru vs pain ep..i think his perfect for being a hokage....if kakashi only had a much bigger chakra pool he will be far stronger then tsunade
